As the country is waking up to how dire the chemicals impacting our food supply have become in the United States with links to major health implications, why would the Missouri Legislature consider minimizing labeling requirements for agricultural chemicals that impact our food and health?

THIS IS WHAT “THEY MEAN” WHEN “THEY” TALK ABOUT TORT REFORM. It does not mean protecting the little guys, it means shielding the huge corporations from liability.

Take a look at what is racing through the Missouri Legislature (before any gun, abortion, IP Reform in the senate…they are racing this bill to the floor to get it approved and signed by the Governor). LIMIT LIABILITY FOR MONSANTO?

These bills want to force our state to take guidance from the EPA on labeling concerns with potentially harmful chemicals that can be used on our food supply. Yet, this legislation would offer a shield to major corporate interests such a Bayer/Monsanto/BILL GATES to use potentially harmful chemicals on our food supply without liability.

This legislation is making its way across the United States right now in many state legislatures. HOWEVER, did you know BAYER/MONSANTO has one of its main offices in St. Louis, Missouri. Their main lobbyists are the BLUNT FAMILY LOBBYING MACHINE OF HUSCH BLACKWELL. (see below).

IT IS LIKELY THAT MIKE KEHOE TOOK BIG CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS FROM BAYER/MONSANTO INTERESTS TO WIN THE GOVERNOR’S RACE. THIS IS WHY THE BILL IS BEING FAST TRACKED IN MISSOURI.

TESTIFYING THIS YEAR ON BEHALF OF BAYER/MONSANTO IN THE SENATE:

This feels strangely similar to the push to pass a bill called SB 51 which gave doctors, vaccine companies, hospitals, and those who administered and forced the shots on innocent Missourians blanket immunity if harm was caused.

We now know just how much harm was caused as a result of those experimental vaccines that have killed and injured so many Americans. That was a “tort reform” bill just like this one will be if passed. Tort Reform is not good when it gives immunity to big corporations leaving the little guy who is injured no recourse.

If we cannot even get a law that allows Missourians to buy raw milk with a warning label, why should a bill like this pass (being driven by Big Ag-Bill Gates interests), that potentially could cause harm to our food supply and anyone who is exposed to it.
