IS THIS THE NEW NORM IN ELECTION ETIQUETTE? CAUGHT ON VIDEO--ASHCROFT VOLUNTEER UNHINGED DURING A PARADE.
Staffer for Bill Eigel was bullied during a parade in Willard by an Ashcroft campaign volunteer..
Picture this: You are a young man innocently handing out literature for a candidate you believe in (Bill Eigel) who is running for Governor when an unhinged lady wearing an Ashcroft T-Shirt decides to jump in behind you time after time in an attempt to undermine you and your candidate while bolstering hers. Is this what campaign stalking looks like in public? It looks like Ashcroft’s campaign is nervous and clearly worried about Eigel’s surge in support as the campaign grows closer.
As Jay Ashcroft’s campaign is bleeding support, this volunteer for his campaign named Sandy Karnes chased around an Eigel staffer during a parade in Willard in an attempt to undermine his efforts. THIS is what the establishment does… bully and try to intimidate. SO glad someone caught this grown, middle aged, woman on video across the street trying to intimidate this young man because they saw how unhinged and odd she was acting. The Eigel staffer did a great job of ignoring her and staying the course. This is what the RINOs do. They try to silence the truth by chasing down, intimidating and over explaining their candidate’s position while they don’t realize how crazy they look to ordinary people just there to watch a parade.
Know your audience, Sandy. Know your audience.
Watch until the end…the head nod actually would be funny if her actions were not so troubling.
I live in Willard and by accident ran into this parade on my way home. Decided to stop by the republican booth in the park to have a chat with them afterwards. They actually had a few Eigel pamphlets on their table but they were all mostly Ashcroft. Senior Ashcroft was there. I spoke to another guy and told me "see this guy over here, that is Jay Ashcroft's dad" (BTW, Jay was not present). I said I had never heard of him then proceeded to ask what is Jay's plans to reduce taxes like Eigel has and has tried to put forth legislation in the senate. Got just about crickets after that point. Going to the Eigel rally on Tuesday in Springfield.
I love that you posted this. This is the same Ashcroft volunteer that sent the text out saying the cars were being towed at the State Convention.
