HELP Last night I received an email with recommendation for voting from We The People Cass County.
It said "It’s a combination of our recommendations, as well as a couple of nice guides put out by friends of WTPCassMO" The attached PDF had NO votes on Gooch and Broniec, the only MO supreme court judges on the ballot this year. They were two of the three judges that voted NO on allowing Amendment 3 on the ballot. When I replied by email to We The People Cass County that perhaps its recommendations on these two judges was in error I was told "we received counsel from several conservative MO attorneys that we trust, and every judge was evaluated based on the entirety of their decisions and public comments as a judge". I have no idea how many people are on its distribution list and will vote not to retain.
Shelly, we are advocating for retention of the two Supreme Court Justices. Get rid of any other judges that appear on the ballot, but KEEP the two Supreme Court Judges. We are also a NO vote on all amendments.
Thank you for the reply and mentioning the Amendments. I had planned on voting yes on Amendment 7. Do you deem it an unnecessary change to the constitution?

I did not know that that actually elected delegate ended up going to the conventions.
