Additionally, Stacy and Lisa, with all of this evidence you have gathered over the course of the last few years. If you believe that these officials are sabotaging legislation that their constituents want by lobbyists, or if you have evidence of these attempts to steal from the people of Missouri through using public resources to enrich themselves through lobbyists and back door deals, grand juries have the ability to investigate and indict them as well if they are in fact acting out of corruption or are derelict in duty.

I suggest watching this series by Jarrin Jackson on the history of the grand juries. Probably the most important to see is number 5 of the 5 part series, and really read the notice they sent to the Supreme Court over the issue, but you will greatly benefit by watching all 5.

I think what will be interesting is to watch these guys once they leave the legislature and see if the work they do once they exit is tied to a bill or lobbying firm where they helped advance legislation. Thank you for sharing. We will watch.

All hidden in pain sight. After you divulge it! I wish the SS hit every email box in the state.

I no longer have a viable Rep. I wonder if sending this email to the known good guys/gals in the house would help.

I may contact Alford, my US Rep who must certainly have Missouri constituents that get his newsletters via email. Perhaps he would take note and pass along?

We will know them by their endorsement or lack of an endorsement. This is such a moment for Missouri for us to see who the wolves really are.

But we cannot let them get a way with it. You alert us and the rest of us must do better to protect the state from the progressives.

Find one person who knows how to file a federal lawsuit and have them ask one question. “Can the state regulate our right to life?” The answer is no. They cannot. Violates every constitutional bill of rights in the US and the Federal constitution.

I live in MO but work in MO and other states for my business, so I do not have the time or the money to be present for a case like this, nor do I know how to file a federal lawsuit, but if you can find one pastor, one organization, or one group from anywhere who will file this in court and challenge the amendment on those grounds then we will have it removed from our constitution immediately.

I already did some preliminary leg work on informing our SOS, Governor, MO Supreme Court Justice Mary Russel, our AG, state rep and senator for my district in Wright County that the petition being allowed to even make it past certification was a violation on their oath and they were ordered to strike it from our ballot with every power our constitution vested in them by each particular office. None have yet to do so. If they do not quickly remedy this they will be committing many crimes among which are maladministration and perjury of their oaths.

At the very least people can start calling the AG’s office as I have and putting some pressure on him to file the lawsuit on constitutional grounds. I alone cannot get their attention, they likely will dismiss my calls, but if pastors and Christians all over start calling and letting them know that you are aware this petition was illegally let through even in clear violation of their duty to reject it, not only because of it violating the MO constitution and the US constitution on multiple grounds, but also because it has more than one subject matter in the petition violating the one subject requirement, they might actually start doing their jobs.

This amendment violates the following parts of the constitutions:

MO Bill of Rights:

Article 1 - Section 2: “...right to life”

- Maxim of Law: He who is in the womb is considered as born, whenever his benefit is concerned”

Article 1 - Section 3: “... right to alter... provided such change be not repugnant to the Constitution of the United States”

US Constitution Amendment 5 “...not be deprived of life” (Due Process) which this amendment violates and it makes it repugnant to the US Constitution

MO Constitution Article 1 - Section 10: “That no person shall be deprived of life... without due process of law” (again refer to Maxim listed above)

I sent them all affidavits warning them of their violation. If we really had the desire, anyone who gets this info to the grand juries would have the ability to indict the SOS for his crime of Maladministration and Perjury, and they would have the power to investigate all matters relating to these actions to investigate our public officials for corruption

Missouri Constitution Article 1 - Section 16: (Grand Juries) “... when so assembled such grand jury shall have the power to investigate and return indictments for all character and grade of crime; and that the power of grand juries TO INQUIRE INTO THE WILLFUL MISCONDUCT IN OFFICE OF PUBLIC OFFICERS, AND FIND INDICTMENTS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, SHALL NEVER BE SISPENDED.” [capitalization mine for emphasis]

Correction on my first paragraph. The question needs to ask “Can the [government] regulate the right to life?”
