Article 1; Section 3 of the Missouri Constituon: “That the people of this state have the inherent, sole and exclusive right to... ALTER (read petition) and abolish their constitution and form of government whenever they may deem it necessary... provided such change be not REPUGNANT (read in violation or goes against) to the Constitution of the United States.

The abortion petition was repugnant for it violated the right to life and violated due process for the baby. It should be stricken from our constitution on those grounds alone.

It was advertised as something that it was not. False advertising and millions from overseas and across the country turned Missouri into the most conservative abortion state to the most liberal. We should not allow petitions that do not fully appear on our ballots. if it is 37 pages then we need to see them all when we vote.

Still, any petitions that are to deprive rights are null and void. I am pushing for my representative to adherence to her duty as outlined in the state constitution to impeach all who knew of the violation and allowed it. And seek indictment
