When I tried clicking on SB 29 got cannot connect to that site. Tried again and it was slow but I got there but the Current Bill Summary was empty.

Every Senate Committee Minutes posted ended in server error. Here is part of the message:

Exception Details: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: The parameterized query '(@CommCode nvarchar(4000))select Committee, Chairman from Commit' expects the parameter '@CommCode', which was not supplied.

SB 43 This bill is crazy. It will force those currently in ‘custody’ into this program unless currently under a voluntary placement agreement. This is how the gov grows the budget, with overlords in the court systems and NGO that get paid whose know what.

SB 72 is a magnet for lawsuits. Instead create a law that plainly reads “An illegal alien that trespass into the State shall be prohibited from voting in any election, receiving any permit or license to drive, receiving any public benefit, and becoming a legal resident of this state and will be handed over to ICE or other federal agents.

HB 711 comes up as HB 804.

It is going to be a very bad year. These bills are all terrible.

“Reliable electric generation may be constructed outside the state if it is connected to the electric grid of the regional transmission operator of which the electrical corporation is a member.” My electricity provided put out a customer opinion poll about 5 years ago. My answer was never allow a supplier not part of your grid on your grid using unreliable energy sources or not within the state.

Beware. Several years ago, OR PUC was directed by new laws to allow across state line energy. OR consumers have been supporting ID electricity ever since. They are paying for the new plant built in ID from which they receive no electricity. At least my coop did not witness for.

I hate bills that reference other bills or laws without saying exactly what those regulations entail.
