SB 4 will allow the construction of ALL PUBLIC UTILITY infrastructure to be placed on to the backs of all rate payers. SB legalized this. Before the last legislative session CWIP (Construction WORK IN PROGRESS) was ILLEGAL IN MISSOURI.
CWIP WAS ILLEGAL UNTIL THIS YEAR! Here is where Missourians made it illegal in the 1970s:
Water pipelines and infrastructure to mega DATA CENTERS will be built with the expectation of rate payers to shoulder that financial burden, NOT THE MONOPOLIES that profit from them.

CWIP (Construction Work in Progress) passed as part of SB4 includes Natural Gas pipelines. Meaning you will be paying for that infrastructure to help fuel Data Centers in Missouri.
In Missouri SB 4 passed leaving Missouri to pay for these big DATA CENTERS and the natural resources that are needed to fuel them. Think energy and natural resources like water and gas. ALL considered “PUBLIC UTILITIES”.
MISSOURI ALREADY HAS GOOGLE AND META ANCHORED IN OUR STATE WITH THEIR BIG DATA CENTERS.
ELECTRICITY AND WATER. THAT IS WHAT THESE CENTERS NEED.
HOW MUCH WATER DO THEY USE?
WHAT ABOUT THOSE WATER BILLS WE TALKED ABOUT THAT NOWS ALLOWS PRIVATE, FOR PROFIT, WATER CORPORATIONS TO EXPORT MISSOURI’S WATER?

UNDERSTAND THIS: THE MISSOURI LEGISLATURE GAVE MAJOR WATER BOTTLERS AN EXEMPTION FROM BEING REQUIRED TO OBTAIN A PERMIT FOR WITHDRAWING AND EXPORTING MISSOURI’S WATER. WILL MISSOURI BE THE NEXT MICHIGAN? YOUR ELECTED POLITICIANS HAVE ALLOWED THIS.
BETWEEN THE WATER EXPORTATION BILL AND DATA CENTERS, MISSOURI MUST WATCH THE WATER. IF YOU CONTROL THE WATER YOU CONTROL THE PEOPLE.

THE MISSOURI LEGISLATURE THEN PASSED A BILL DENYING SUNSHINE REQUESTS FOR ANYONE TRYING TO FIND OUT FROM THE DNR WHO MIGHT BE COMPROMISING THEIR WATER RIGHTS IN CLOSE PROXIMITY. The Republican SUPER majority is stripping away the rights of citizens to Sunshine Request their government. These Republicans are giving cover to the mega corporations who may be damaging Missouri’s small farmers:
BIG DATA CENTERS ARE ALREADY IN MISSOURI. THIS IS WHY YOUR ELECTRIC BILLS ARE RAPIDLY INCREASING THIS SUMMER. SUPPLY AN DEMAND MAKES IT SO. There is a finite amount of electricity. These data centers have NOT been regulated by the Missouri Legislature in any way. They have full license to exploit the citizens of Missouri while they drain our resources.
WHY SHOULD WE CARE?
THE UNREALIZED TAX GAIN CREATED BY MISSOURI “CONSERVATIVE” REPUBLICANS. HINT: they are not conservative or republicans (little r). They are progressives to afraid to stand up to the radical establishment that is taking Missouri down this progressive path faster than any other state. Missouri is leading the way to Marxism.
